A visit to CUSCAL

Had a lunch date with Laurice at CUSCAL. Bought lemon pepper chicken from Big Bite to share with her. She loved it, and it is so worth sharing, as the $8 portion is way to big for one.
Anyway, I always love visiting CUSCAL. I still know a lot of people there, and I just love their kitchen. Sharon got promoted to replace Sean as the Direct Entry Supervisor, and Laurice asked me why had I not applied… Well, no one told me! I would have applied, for sure. Oh well, I promise myself I won’t ask these ‘what if’ questions, and be happy with where I am.
